A wide scalloped collar flutters out to the shoulders with a delicate silk organza trim, where it meets the slight puff of the gathered sleeves, culminating in more scalloped silk organza. The flowy bodice is adorned with another layer of silk organza ruffling along the starburst buttons at the center front placket, cascading down to end with a wide hem at the natural waist.
